In dieser Rolle berichten Sie an das Board Member Operations und arbeiten eng mit dem Country Management zusammen, um gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team von bis zu 15 Mitarbeitern einen umfassenden Ansatz für Business Continuity und Nachhaltigkeit zu entwickeln.


Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:

  • Identifikation von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten in den aktuellen Abläufen und Entwicklung spezifischer Prozesse und Verfahren nach einem wichtigen Ereignis, um Betriebsunterbrechungen zu minimieren.
  • Bewertung der Auswirkungen auf das Geschäft und Erstellung von Bedrohungsanalysen; Entwicklung einer Präventionsstrategie und Umsetzung von Wiederherstellungsplänen.
  • Entwicklung, Implementierung und Einhaltung von Richtlinien, Standards und Schulungen; Sicherstellung der entsprechenden Schulungen.
  • Durchführung von BC-Audits, Aufbau einer engen Beziehung zu den BC-Koordinatoren der Abteilungen sowie Koordinierung der Aktivitäten in den Bereichen Lebens- und Informationssicherheit in Bezug auf BC.

Sie sind ein Teamplayer, der erfolgreich Zusammenarbeit pflegt, Fachkenntnisse nutzt und klare Führung zeigt. Als strategischer Teamleiter bewerten Sie Optionen eigenständig, konzentrieren sich auf Ergebnisse und behalten die Kosten im Blick, um Mehrwert für das Unternehmen zu schaffen.


Erwünschte Qualifikationen:

  • Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder einem ähnlichen Bereich.
  • Mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Umfeld, in dem Nachhaltigkeit eine wichtige Rolle spielt.
  • Starke Führungsqualitäten in einem interdisziplinären Umfeld.
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Nachhaltigkeits-/ESG-Strategien und -Berichterstattung, idealerweise in einem Produktionsunternehmen.
  • Projektleitungserfahrung in Bezug auf Business Continuity und/oder Nachhaltigkeit.
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Situationen zu verstehen und zu strukturieren.
  • Proaktive Denkweise mit überzeugender Kommunikation, um verschiedene Interessengruppen abzustimmen.
  • Kenntnisse im internationalen Geschäft sind von Vorteil.
  • Sichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch.
