Customer Care Specialist (m/w/d) - Dienstort Großraum Wien

Ihre Aufgabenbereiche:

  • Kundenspezifische Angebotserstellung und Auftragsabwicklung
  • Einhaltung individueller Liefertermine in Abstimmung mit Kunden und Produktionsteam sicherstellen
  • Bearbeiten von Kundenreklamationen und Optimieren der Abläufe
  • Pflegen, Erweitern und Auswerten der Kundenstammdaten in SAP
  • Optimieren und Weiterentwickeln bestehender Kunden- und Serviceprozesse
  • Enge Kooperation mit dem jeweiligen Industrie-Vertriebsteam und Betreuung der Kundenthemen und -projekte
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Anwendungstechnik, Einkauf, Finanzbuchhaltung und Fertigung
  • Proaktive Kundenkommunikation

Fachliche Anforderungen:

  • Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Auftragssachbearbeitung, mit internationalem und/oder technischem Background
  • Kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (HAK, HLW, HTL u.ä.)
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Hohe IT-Affinität
  • SAP-Erfahrung
