The Primestar Group currently operates 17 franchise hotels with a total of 3,701 rooms in 10 major German cities, a hotel in Vienna, and another one in the Austrian capital. In 2022, the first June Six hotel in the City-Boutique-Hotels segment opened in Berlin.

What You Will Do
  • Act as a key contact for guests and staff on all technical matters
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational contract measures
  • Handle maintenance and repairs in the hotel
  • Maintain supply and technical systems according to schedules
  • Maintain and improve hotel facilities and all related inventory
  • Coordinate with maintenance and service companies, overseeing their work
  • Conduct regular inspections and patrols
  • Ensure maintenance throughout the hotel meets Hilton standards
  • Monitor maintenance activities and proactively identify issues
  • Collaborate closely with all hotel departments
  • Embrace a host mentality, warmly welcoming guests and interacting charmingly with them
  • Always maintain a welcoming demeanor and engage positively with guests and colleagues
Who You Are
  • Completed apprenticeship in a technical field is advantageous
  • Extensive experience in facility management in tourism
  • Versatile in craftsmanship and able to work independently
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high sense of quality
  • Reliable, hands-on, and solution-oriented
  • Quick learner with agility
  • Excellent command of German
  • Resilient and discreet
  • Open to new challenges and thinking outside the box

*The minimum salary for the Maintenance Manager position is €2,547 per month. Remuneration above this base is planned for this position, which will be discussed based on your qualifications and professional experience during a personal interview.
