Sie unterstützen das Transfer Pricing Team bei der Weiterentwicklung, Umsetzung, Überwachung und Koordination des bestehenden Verrechnungspreiskonzepts und unterstützen die Ermittlung von Verrechnungspreisen für Marketing-, Medien
- und Sportunternehmen innerhalb von Red Bull, wie z.B. Formel 1. Als Teil des zentralen Verrechnungspreisdokumentationsmanagements gehören die Erstellung und laufende Verwaltung von Verrechnungspreisdokumentationen zu Ihren Kernaufgaben. Sie wirken an Verrechnungspreisprojekten mit und unterstützen die Konzerngesellschaften bei internationalen Steuer
- und Verrechnungspreisthemen und -Prüfungen.

**Stellenbeschreibung**:
**VERRECHNUNGSPREISPOLITIK**

In dieser Position sind Sie für die Weiterentwicklung der globalen Verrechnungspreispolitik für Marketing-, Medien
- und Sportunternehmen verantwortlich. Darüber hinaus leiten Sie die Erstellung von Verrechnungspreisdokumentationen für Konzerngesellschaften mit lokalen Teams und in Übereinstimmung mit den lokalen Anforderungen.

**FESTSETZUNG VON KONZERNINTERNEN VERRECHNUNGSPREISEN**

Sie legen die Verrechnungspreise für eine breite Palette von Transaktionen für Dienstleistungen, Produkte und Zinsen auf der Grundlage der globalen Verrechnungspreispolitik fest und überprüfen diese. Weiters sind Sie weltweit bei der Gründung neuer Gesellschaften involviert.

**MINIMIERUNG VON VERRECHNUNGSPREISRISIKEN**

In dieser Rolle kümmern Sie sich um die Minimierung von Risiken aus konzerninternen Transaktionen und Betriebsstätten Sachverhalten. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Minimierung von Doppelbesteuerung, vermeidbaren Quellen
- und Mehrwertsteuern in Verbindung mit konzerninternen Verrechnungen.

**PROJEKTARBEIT**

Sie werden an verschiedenen Verrechnungspreisprojekten teilnehmen und sich um die Anpassung und Weiterentwicklung von Verrechnungspreisvereinbarungen kümmern. Weiters sind sie verantwortlich für die Unterstützung von Konzerngesellschaften in Bezug auf Verrechnungspreisfragen und internationalen Steuerprüfungen.

**Qualifikationen**:
Min. 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Steuerberatungskanzlei oder in einer Konzernsteuerabteilung

Gute Kenntnisse des nationalen und internationalen Steuerrechts und der Verrechnungspreise
Einschlägige Erfahrungen im Bereich Verrechnungspreise
Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse, SAP BI Kenntnisse von Vorteil
Hohe Ergebnisorientierung, Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
