The department Equity Capital Markets as part of Group Markets is involved in all matters related to IPOs, capital increases, spin-offs, convertible bonds etc.

We advise and accompany our clients during the whole preparation process of equity or equity-linked transactions. During the issuance process we work closely with legal advisors, equity research analysts, auditors and other syndicate banks.

Your Tasks:

  • Prepare pitch books, client presentations and conduct research of different industries and issuers
  • Generate data out of Bloomberg or similar database providers and process them in Excel or PowerPoint
  • Analyses of companies, their equity story, products, markets, strategy, customers and competitors
  • Create financial
- and peer group analyses, DCF valuations and other valuation models

  • Respond to RfPs for new equity issues and prepare regular market updates

Your Background:

  • Currently enrolled at a University/University of Applied Sciences with an economic background
  • Interest in all equity instruments, capital markets and company valuations
  • Highly proficient in German and English (written and spoken)
  • High willingness to learn, teamoriented and interested in project execution
