  • We are looking for someone who is smart, savvy, and seriously good at translating business requirements into technical concepts e.g. by designing great REST APIs and business workflows. You are organized, a natural communicator, and can bring people together to create shared understanding. Consistency and clarity are important for you and you strive to always get better in it.
  • In this role, you will support the team in the analysis of technical requirements in cooperation with business partners.
- define technical software requirement specifications and review functional designs regarding solution architecture, future business needs and operations.
- create a common understanding of business requirements, design solutions that follow our best practices, with always keeping a clear end-customer focus in mind
- work in a great team and with a diverse group of people such as other software engineers, data analysts, and decision-makers (e. g. product owners), to build solutions and gain novel insights.
- work with tools like Jira for ticket management and actively contribute to Scrum or Kanban meetings and retrospectives.
  • What should you bring with you:
  • strong analytical thinking and a technical background, ideally with a completed technical degree.
- experience in requirements engineering and with state-of-the-art technologies (Microservices, PaaS, SOA, APIs,) and agile software delivery methods.
- proven track-record working in the IT or similar area.
- good communication skills in English and/or German (verbal and written).
