Job DescriptionJoin Us as a Chemical Technician in Pharmaceutical Production at Takeda

As a Chemistry Technician in pharmaceutical manufacturing, you will be responsible for collaborating with the team in the production and filling of Floseal Hemostatic Matrix, as well as the microbiological and physical environmental monitoring of RRK C. Your tasks will include overseeing the processes of all equipment and reactors, sampling, equipment disinfection, cleaning and environmental monitoring, as well as sampling.

What You'll Accomplish:
  • Organization, allocation, and preparation of materials
  • Documentation in compliance with GMP standards
  • Evaluation of process-critical data and trend curves
  • Preparation and execution of cleaning monitoring and sampling
  • Support in the calibration, routine testing, and validation of production equipment
  • Adherence to the requirements for production in a cleanroom class C
  • Work hours from MON-FRI in rotating shifts: early (06:15 am to 2:15 pm) and late shifts (2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, occasional work on Saturdays).
What You Bring:
  • Completed education (e.g., chemical technology apprenticeship, technical school, or HTL degree in chemistry or biotechnology)
  • Independent, hygienic, and precise way of working
  • Understanding of GDP and GMP-compliant production
  • Technical understanding, high sense of responsibility, and commitment
  • Excellent German language skills (documentation)
  • Excellent IT user knowledge
  • Reliability, accuracy, resilience, teamwork, flexibility, and enthusiasm

For this important and responsible position, the minimum salary is €3,110.60 gross/month (full-time, chemical industry collective agreement). The actual salary package depends on your professional experience and qualifications.
