Your new role - challenging and future-oriented

• Design and implementation of services within Siemens
• Familiarity with different business models and the processes required (order to cash)
• Owns design of a delivery model for new portfolio elements, including which tasks / steps can be done centrally and process definition allowing a repeatable and scalable delivery of the service
• Owns identification of automation requirements to enable scalability
• Addresses these requirements with platform teams to drive to a resolution
• Definition of financial processes in accordance with Siemens guidelines in collaboration with Finance.
• Identification of improvements measure for existing portfolio services and drives their implementation
• Ability to work with and connect stakeholders from different teams to drive the service forward
• Preferably know how on data driven services and the development of them
• Good understanding of cloud collaboration platforms and collaboration processes
• Supporting localization of training material, the training of experts and managing a regional community

Your profile

• Bachelor degree preferably in business or engineering
• Digital savy
• Excellent general communication skills
• A passion for outcomes, specifically for scalable impact generated by a successful industrialization.
• Analytical skills and proven track record of developing solutions and alternatives selfreliantly
• Knowhow of Building technology domain (e.g. HVAC, Fire Safety and Security) of advantage
• Preferably know how of Preventive and Corrective maintenance approach and process
• English is a MUST and German or any other European language a plus
• Implementing policy and procedures that will ensure secure practices at all phases of service delivery
• Previous experience working in complex, matrixstructured environments a plus

Our offer

The gross annual salary according to the collective agreement for this position is at least EUR 49.952,70 (this exceeds the minimum wage according to the collective agreement in any case).

Depending on education and experience, an overpayment is possible.
