**Unternehmensbeschreibung** Als Sport Marketing Coordinator bist du das Herzstück des Teams und trägst wesentlich zum Erfolg des Red Bull Sport Marketings in Österreich bei. Du unterstützt sowohl den Sport Manager als auch das gesamte Sport Marketing Team bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben, koordinierst Meetings, Termine und unterstützt bei der Abwicklung und Umsetzung von Projekten.**
**Stellenbeschreibung** SUPPORT SPORTMANAGER**

Als Sport Marketing Coordinator unterstützt du den Sportmanager bei administrativen und operativen Aufgaben, koordinierst interne sowie externe Meetings, Sport Marketing Workshops und den internen Teamkalender.

Du bereitest regelmäßige Meetings vor, erstellst PowerPoint Präsentationen und verfasst Meeting-Protokolle. Außerdem gehören Aufbereitung, regelmäßige Kontrolle und monatliche Abpassung des Budget Files zu deinem Aufgabenbereich.

**TEAM KOORDINATION & ADMINISTRATION**

Du agierst als AnsprechpartnerIn für Sportmarketing Lager-, und Logistikthemen, kontrollierst den Lagerbestand und lässt Branding
- Material (nach)produzieren.

Als Schnittstelle zu externen Event Partnern koordinierst du außerdem die Eventlogistik.

Du übernimmst den Recruiting Prozesses für PraktikantInnen, gehst in die Abstimmung mit HR, erstellst Job Ausschreibungen und triffst die Vorauswahl.

Die Übernahme von administrativen Aufgaben aus dem Athleten
- und Eventmanagement Bereich runden dein Aufgabengebiet als Sport Marketing Coordinator ab.
**Qualifikationen**
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

Erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren, koordinativen Position in einem internationalen Umfeld und eine Leidenschaft für das Thema Sport

Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse, speziell PowerPoint & Excel, gute MAC Kenntnisse und erste Erfahrung mit SAP ist von Vorteil

Du bezeichnest dich als Organisationstalent, bist ein Teamplayer und bringst Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit und eine genaue Arbeitsweise mit

Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
**Zusätzliche Informationen**
Aus gesetzlichen Gründen sind wir verpflichtet darauf hinzuweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position bei monatlich EUR 2.124 brutto liegt. Unsere attraktiven Gehaltspakete orientieren sich jedoch an aktuellen Marktgehältern und liegen daher deutlich über dem angegebenen Mindestgehalt.
