Your Challenge
-
End-to-end responsibility for the innovation process at Greiner Packaging:

  • You develop a holistic innovation process from idea generation to market launch.
  • You will take responsibility for the continuous improvement and adaptation of our innovation management system and process to current requirements and trends.
  • You will monitor and manage ongoing innovation projects throughout the entire process.
  • Business Partner function: methodical support and steering of innovation activities
  • Observation and analysis of megatrends, market and technology trends, innovation potential, competitive innovations and startups
  • Collaboration with internal and external partners, including universities, research institutions and innovation networks, to initiate innovation projects
  • Preparation and moderation of meetings or workshops
  • Internal communication of innovation activities: Ensuring effective internal communication about ongoing innovation projects and activities

Your Profile

  • Enthusiasm for new technologies and innovations
  • Visionary approach to relevant trends and their potential impact on the company
  • Completed degree or university of applied sciences, ideally related to innovation management
  • Several years of professional experience in innovation management in an industrial company, plastics industry an advantage
  • Confident appearance and high communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and open approach to people
  • Very good knowledge of English and German
