Tasks

  • Service- and quality-oriented customer support and consultation
  • Administration and expansion of existing, as well as acquisition of new business customers in your MediaMarkt
  • Implementation of the national business customer strategy in collaboration with the national business customer team
  • Information and communication activities within your MediaMarkt
  • Increasing company growth by achieving the defined sales goals (active sales targets)
  • Documentation of all customer interactions and sales steps in the specified CRM/sales system
  • Continuous development and application of sales, product and process knowledge in accordance with company guidelines in the respective region
  • Participation in regular meetings and training sessions with industry partners
  • Coordination of customer events and regional tenders

Profile

  • Successfully completed business studies or commercial vocational training
  • Several years of professional experience in a sales environment; preferably in the business customer sector
  • Experience in supporting and acquiring business customers and in the consumer electronics sector
  • Passion for sales and networking, as well as for working in a team
  • Analytical skills, convincing demeanor and tact in negotiations
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
  • High focus on goals and implementation strength, as well as a hands-on mentality
  • Good knowledge of English is an advantage
