For our global Quality Management Department, we are looking for a QUALITY AND LEAN MANAGER (M/F/d) on a full-time basis at our location in WEIZ / VIENNA.


  • You will work closely with the management of group companies and Andritz employees to implement quality and improvement methods and tools to achieve outstanding and sustainable results.
  • As a member of a highly motivated and passionate quality team, you will get the opportunity to develop personally and professionally.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Five years of professional experience with focus on operational excellence, continuous improvement, or process management.
  • Master's degree in a technical or economical discipline.
  • Strategic mindset paired with excellent facilitation skills and abilities to lead change.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in process management, continuous improvement e.g. Green Belt or equivalent, and change management
  • Experience in project management
  • Fluent business English and topnotch communication skills.
  • High level of personal responsibility and management skills

YOUR TASKS

  • Identify, initiate, drive, coordinate, support and control improvement projects
  • Setup and facilitate Policy Deployment/Hoshin Kanri plans and reviews
  • Train and coach advanced improvement methods and tools
  • Execute complex improvement projects
  • Implement process assessments and audits
  • Further develop the continuous improvement process in the existing management systems


We are legally obliged to state the collective bargaining minimum salary for this position, which is gross € 4.235,03 per month.

However, we offer a market-based salary depending on qualifications and professional experience in any case.
