  • Participate and lead Digital Innovation activities and act as a change agent throughout the organization.
  • Evaluate and discover business needs, challenges and opportunities, market and external trends and opportunities.
  • Design, develop and test prototypes, enable scalability, focusing on value generation and meeting customer/user needs.
  • Measure, analyze, review, and continuously improve our digital products and processes focusing on incremental/sustainable innovation.
  • Drive digital innovation framework in collaboration with stakeholders and in alignment with overall strategy.
  • Participate and drive setting the innovation standard and processes with other innovation teams and stakeholders, focusing on valuable outcomes.

Your profile

  • Master's degree in IT or similiar area.
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Knowledge of innovation methodologies and trends as well as in agile ways of working (Scrum, Lean, Kanban).
  • Knowledge of digital innovation technology on conceptual as well on practical level (e.g. understanding Enterprise Architecture principles, automation and AI frameworks=
  • Experience with MS Power Platform tools (PowerApps, PowerBI, SharePoint, MS Teams, AI Builder, Copilot Studio)
  • Familiar with design and creative tools (e.g. Figma)
  • Fluency in English
