Your role will involve

  • Managing the FOUR PAWS Southeast Asia partnership programme, and coordinating local activities related to the campaign core team
  • Handling project management responsibilities including establishing systems, processes, and documentation workflows
  • Collaborating with core team members to develop project plans, track tasks, and ensure timely and within budget project delivery
  • Monitoring partnership budgets and expenses, with monthly reporting to the Head of SAC Southeast Asia
  • Drafting and managing contracts, annexes, and legal documents utilizing existing templates
  • Generating reports, conducting research, and collaborating with the Content Manager
  • Evaluating programme budgets and milestones regularly

We are looking for individuals with

  • Several years of project management experience, preferably in the NGO sector
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work with colleagues across different time zones
  • Passion for animal welfare and alignment with the FOUR PAWS vision
