As an IT Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch technology services to our employees and guests. You'll need to resolve any IT issues promptly and professionally.

Here are some of your duties:

  • Process service requests from end users within the agreed timeframes and in line with Service Level Agreements.
  • Maintain and deploy our existing hardware, software, and peripherals to meet our organization's standards.
  • Respond to ITrelated queries from end users courteously and promptly.
  • Keep accurate records of support calls and document their outcome.
  • Ensure that our inventory and asset register of hardware and software is uptodate.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation, guidelines, and procedures for the IT Department.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues who require frontline support.
  • Contribute to the IT organization's technical support strategy and other relevant technological developments.
  • Participate in service improvement initiatives and evaluate new equipment.

To qualify for this position, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • A degree/diploma in Information Science and Technology or equivalent.
  • At least two years of experience in a user support environment.
  • Experience in handling ITrelated projects.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of client hardware and software, particularly Windows operating systems and MS Office products.
  • Basic knowledge of LAN, WIFI, VPN, etc.
  • An ITIL certificate is an advantage.
  • Excellent intercultural competence.
  • Selfmotivated and a problem solver.
  • Ability to work well with others in an integrated team environment.
  • Basic project management knowhow.


We're looking for someone who speaks very good English for international communication, and knowledge of German or additional languages is a plus.

The gross yearly salary for this position is €46,000 (according to collective agreement, full-time), with overpayment possible depending on professional qualifications and experience.
