Ecolab is looking for talented final year students or recent graduates for the ECOLAB Institutional Marketing Team, offering internship opportunities in our divisions and functions to support the marketing team with Innovative projects. Ecolab, in response to new business challenges, is also looking for skills to develop new digital marketing way of thinking, to troubleshoot better and faster and to improve the customer experience.

**What You Will Do**:
During the assignment you will get to work on projects that cover marketing support to our teams in Sales.
After an initial training period and with the support of a mentor and a team, you will be involved in key projects driving real impact on the business using advanced marketing tools within different teams.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Study in Hospitality, Business, Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Fluency in German & English and any other European language is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office.
- Be dynamic, proactive, and autonomous, with the desire to learn and make a difference.
- Possess good analytical skills and innovative thinking, with the drive to succeed.
- Available in a role as working student or for a full-time internship and eligible to sign University Agreement with University.
- Be living in Austria and an EU Citizen

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Recent work experience or internship in a marketing or digital-related department is a plus
- Hands-on experience with Marketing digital tools is a plus
- Strong Digital Skills and passion for data/technology is a plus

**Was Sie tun werden**:
Während des Einsatzes werden Sie an Projekten arbeiten, die die Marketingunterstützung unserer Teams im Vertrieb umfassen.
Nach einer anfänglichen Einarbeitungszeit und mit der Unterstützung eines Mentors und eines Teams werden Sie an Schlüsselprojekten beteiligt sein, die echte Auswirkungen auf das Geschäft haben, indem Sie fortschrittliche Marketing-Tools in verschiedenen Teams einsetzen.

**Mindestqualifikationen**:

- Studium in Hospitality, Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing oder digitalem Marketing.
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse; Englisch und jede andere europäische Sprache ist ein Plus.
- Starke digitale Fähigkeiten und Leidenschaft für Daten/Technologie.
- Gute Kenntnisse von MS Office.
- Sie sollten dynamisch, proaktiv und selbständig sein und den Wunsch haben, zu lernen und etwas zu bewirken.
- Gute analytische Fähigkeiten und innovatives Denken, mit dem Willen zum Erfolg.
- Sie sollten als Werkstudent oder für ein Vollzeitpraktikum zur Verfügung stehen und ein Universitätsabkommen mit der Universität unterzeichnen können.

**Bevorzugte Qualifikationen**
- Kürzliche Arbeitserfahrung oder Praktikum in einer Marketing
- oder Digitalabteilung ist von Vorteil
- Praktische Erfahrung mit digitalen Marketing-Tools ist ein Pluspunkt
