We are looking for a performance marketing working student (M/F/d) who takes our efforts with paid socials and take it to the next level.


Your areas of responsibility:

  • Independent campaign creation with 100% understanding of the operational necessities as well as the strategic implications of the options at hand
  • Prioritization of your tasks based on the shared understanding of your channel head about revenue goals or costcutting strategies
  • Improving output management on the channel by critically questioning your daily tasks and trying to improve processes
  • Strategic optimization of the channel by focusing on improving the following KPIs of your responsibilities: revenue, CLV, CAC, AOV, ROAS
  • You will support the channel head in the strategic decisions by providing indepth recommendations
  • Documentation of best practices
  • Proactive improvement ideas towards your channel head
  • You focus on scalable solutions and spend time and money where we can not only keep the status quo but strive for active improvement in areas of growth or cost efficiency
  • You are able to be the lead in projects from the set up up until the execution phase including time planning, task management and managing skills involved for a successful execution in your core areas
  • Ensuring revenue, profit or cost cutting goals for every task on the channel and allocation to tasks/channels based on maximizing output on that level

Your profile:

  • Solid English language skills in written and spoken language, German + other languages are a bonus
  • Very solid skills in excel, analytics, dashboard metrics and usage
  • Full understanding of all channel KPIs and influencing factors
  • Structured and handson working approach and mentality
  • Solid feedback culture and learning approach
  • Willingness to keep track of channel best practices in a fast moving environment and active engagement to stay on top of changing principles
  • Can take action on all defined steps of the channel with mínimal input by channel head
  • Solid economic understanding of the business model to engage in strategic improvements in every segment of the channel

Salary(FT):For legal matters, we state that the minimum wage for this position full time is 2.124€ gross per month. Your actual wage depends on your professional experience and qualifications. We are open to overpayment for experience.
