Du erstellst das Zielbild einer ServiceNOW Integration bei domainübergreifenden Lösungen.
- Du zeigst Markttrends, Best Practices sowie Optimierungspotentiale proaktiv auf.
- Du erarbeitest Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Empfehlungen für Softwarelösungen.
- Du erstellst technische Konzepte und stimmst diese mit Solution Architekt:innen ab.
- Du arbeitest eng mit der Enterprise Architektur zusammen und stellst die Kompatibilität der Domäne mit der Unternehmensarchitektur sicher.

**Deine Skills**
- Studium (FH oder Universität) für Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im
Bereich Informationstechnologie
- Kenntnisse im Software Engineering und grundlegende Kenntnisse im Bereich IT Betrieb
- Sehr gute Kenntnis über die Methoden und praktische Erfahrung in Stakeholder Management, Moderation und Problemlösungsstrategien
- Analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Bereichsübergreifendes und wirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch.
- Idealerweise bereits Erfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement, agiler Methoden oder Kenntnis von Industriestandards wie ITIL, TOGAF, COBIT
