YOUR TASKS:

As a communicative and very structured working personality you are responsible for the processing of all (group) reservations, from quotation to contract preparation, implementation and invoicing.

You will also support the front office team where necessary and assist our Rooms Division Manager. Dealing with guests and customers is not a challenge for you, but pure joy. Ideally, you already have practical experience with the OPERA hotel programme.

WE EXPECT:
- a completed education in tourism or hotel management
- several years of practical experience in the reservation sector of the hotel industry
- analytical and strategic thinking
- independent and structured work
- very good knowledge of German and English
- very good knowledge of MS Office, OPERA knowledge would be an advantage
