Our business

Your role:

  • Responsible for short term refinery production planning, scheduling as well as the economical evaluation of shortterm refinery operations across all divisions
  • Preparation and implementation of cross divisional shortterm optimizations, petrochemicals, semifinished products and biofuels
  • Prepare and execute cross divisional product short term optimization meetings
  • Act as a Deputy Refinery Representative
  • Prepare the operational shutdown planning/scheduling for refinery Schwechat and Burghausen
  • Create, steer and execute shortterm production plans on daily basis
  • Coordinate semifished transfers between the three refinery sites Schwechat, Burghausen and the Petrobrazi
  • Support projects related to refinery scheduling, planning and optimization
  • Create management reports, including deviation analysis and proposal for mitigation
  • Propose improvements for workflow efficiency, procedures and processes

Your profile:

  • University Degree Master/Diploma in Engineering or Economics
  • Minimum of 7 years relevant work experience in supply chain management and/or planning and scheduling
  • Comprehensive business know how about planning, scheduling and value chain optimization
  • Experience with downstream supply of advantage
  • Know how about refinery processes and refining oil market development is highly appreciated
  • Very good knowledge about optimization models, tools and calculations
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset
  • Hands on person with strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English and German
