Responsibilities:

• Analyze ITSM requirements, roadmap planning, project management, change configuration, and communication
• Administer ITSM tools, release management, user & role administration, enduser support, and reporting
• Act as an interface to external ITSM providers
• Maintain close contact with IT support organization and ITSM tool/service provider to ensure a proper functioning of the system and life cycle management of the ITSM tool/service: minor and major release changes
• Contribute to the Information Technology Organization's Technical Support Strategy and other relevant technological developments
• Contribute to service improvements initiatives and participate in the evaluation of new equipment
• Develop ITSM tool/service roadmap and further enhance implemented modules and support the implementation of new and additional modules

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Science and Technology or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a user support environment
• Experience in handling ITrelated projects
• ITIL certificate is an advantage
• Very good communication skills in spoken and written English
• Selfmotivated and a problem solver
• Interested in learning new things
• Service and customeroriented
• Structured, organized, and reliable work style
• Basic project management knowhow

Languages:

• Very good English skills for international communication
• German or additional languages are an advantage
