Cluster Financial Controller (m/w/d)

**DEINE AUFGABEN BEI UNS**:

- Sicherstellung der rechtzeitigen Bereitstellung genauer und relevanter Informationen (z. B. Monatsabschlüsse) für interne und externe Ansprechpartner_innen
- Sicherstellung der zeitnahen Erstellung von Ist-Ergebnissen und monatlichen Prognosen für die Hotels im Cluster sowie die Erstellung des Jahresbudgets einschließlich der Mittelfristplanung
- Abweichungsanalyse und Erarbeitung von Empfehlungen für Abhilfemaßnahmen
- Erstellung des jährlichen Investitionsbudgets und Berichterstattung über die tatsächlichen Ausgaben
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung des Management Reporting Standards (USALI, 11. Ausgabe)
- Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Berichten für das Management
- Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen und ergebnisorientierten Zusammenarbeit mit der Buchhaltungsabteilung und anderen internen Stakeholdern, wie z.B. Cluster General Managers und General Managers
- Funktion als bevorzugte/r Ansprechpartner_in für die Hotelmanagementteams
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Effizienz und Effektivität der Controlling-Funktion

**DAS BRINGST DU MIT**:

- Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Controlling-Funktion auf Hotelebene (z.B. Assistant Financial Controller in einer internationalen Hotelkette)
- Vorzugsweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Buchhalter_in oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation im Bereich des Controllings
- Fundierte Kenntnisse des Berichtsstandards USALI (11. Ausgabe)
- Gute Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegungsstandards, wie z.B. HGB, UGB und/oder IFRS
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Informationstechnologie in der Hotellerie (Buchhaltung, Warenwirtschaft, Einkauf, PMS, POS, Management Reporting)
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Fähigkeit, Partnerschaften mit verschiedenen internen und externen Partnern aufzubauen
- Organisationstalent, analytisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, unter Zeitdruck zu arbeiten

Das Kollektivvertragliche monatliche Mindestgehalt für diese Vollzeitposition beträgt brutto Euro 2.539,24. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrungen ist eine Überzahlung selbstverständlich.
