As part of a team, you will support our company through the entire talent life cycle and in organizational development
Taking part in the collection of strategic educational goals as well as planning/detailing training and further education measures or internal actions that contribute to achieving these goals
Coordination and first point of contact for all inquiries about our internal employee portal
Participation in the processing of annual employee appraisals and further development of our talent reviews and succession planning
Involvement in special projects and in the rollout of global projects
Elaboration and creation of reports and KPIs
Your experiences and skills
Completed studies (FH, university) in the field of economics, business administration, psychology or education with a focus on human resources management and ideally human resources development and/or organizational development
First experience in the HR department of an international industrial company would be an advantage
Team player who sees himself as a service partner for employees and business
Good communication and presentation skills as well as active listening and storytelling
Very good knowledge of German and English mandatory, both spoken and written

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 46,346,72 gross/year in accordance with the very attractive collective agreement for the metal industry.
An overpayment is possible, depending on your qualifications and experience.
