Job Description:

  • Mentor a team and act as a functional leader
  • Setup an agile process of product increments delivery
  • Participate in planning sessions of our big family and define a scope for a Team, involving Product Manager, relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility
  • Ensure Priorities for the team and extract full productivity
  • Perform Scrum Master duties including facilitating sprint planning, standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives and release planning
  • Monitor project risks and scope to identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions
  • Work with multisite teams to deliver a software and services in sync
  • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
  • Be the point of contact for external communications
  • Lead Feature Sign off processes with QA's and Product Managers

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in webtechnologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience using Agile methodologies for managing projects and coaching team
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across multiple teams and at varying levels throughout the organization
  • Understanding of different SDLC
  • Strong attention to details and focus on task completion
  • Don't let problem pass night or provide an alternative plan
  • Nice to have: Experience in SAFe, Software engineering background, knowledge of cloud services, k8s
