Tätigkeitsbereich / Responsibilities:
Independent and proactive support of the management in all organizational and administrative matters in German and English

Appointment Scheduling for Top Management

Meeting/Event/Visitors coordination (Meeting room reservation / arrangement incl. catering / minutes of meeting incl. post-processing, WiFi codes, Taxi, Hotel orders, etc.)

Administration tasks incl. post, invoices, office & marketing equipment

Organization of various tasks of Top Management including Chairman visits

Approval systems (purchase, invoice, authorization requests) + organizing CEO signatures

Translations

Support of Pilot Shop (Sales, processing orders, customer enquiries, annual inventory )

Anforderungsprofil /

Required Skills:

Successful completed a higher business school

Min. 2 years work experience

Fluent English and German written and spoken

Mandarin preferable

Very good MS-Office user skills

Motivation, willingness to learn, structured, reliable, team player with ability to work autonomously


The minimum salary for this position is EUR 3.018,28 (HAK level) gross per month with the possibility of overpayment depending on your education, qualifications, and previous experience.
