In dieser Funktion sind Sie für die Führung und Entwicklung eines motivierten Teams von 11 Labortechniker*innen und Optimierung und Automatisierung von Prozessen im Bereich QC IG zuständig.

**Ihre neuen Herausforderungen, die Sie begeistern**:

- Die Freigabe produktionsrelevanter Rohstoffe und Einsatzmaterialien
- Die Einhaltung der GMP-Anforderungen
- Der Definition und dem Follow up von Maßnahmen bei Abweichungen
- Die Aktualität und Richtigkeit von Prüfvorschriften für Ausgangsmaterialien und Endprodukte
- Die Durchführung von Change Control Assessments im Zuge regulatorisch relevanter Änderungen von Ausgangsmaterialien

**Ihr Profil, das uns überzeugt**:

- Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium (vorzugsweise Chemie, Lebensmittel
- und Biotechnologie, Pharmazie oder einen fachlich einschlägigen Fachhochschul-Studiengang)
- Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im GMP-Umfeld
- Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Mut zur Veränderung
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Engagement
- Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Weiterentwicklung von Teams
- Selbständiger und zielorientierter Arbeitsstil
- Sehr gute Englisch
- und MS-Office Kenntnisse
