**IHRE AUFGABEN**
- VERANTWORTUNG. Als Vetriebs Professional / Customer Manager (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie eigenverantwortlich die Betreuung unserer Kunden in verschiedensten europäischen Märkten und sind für diese mit Ihrer offenen und kommunikativen Persönlichkeit die erste Anlaufstelle innerhalb des Unternehmens
- KUNDENORIENTIERUNGSie entwickeln und pflegen eine gute Kundenbeziehung und betreuen große Bahnbetreiber als Key Account Manager
- TEAMals Teil eines interdisziplinären Teams im Vertrieb des Geschäftsbereiches RailServices beraten Sie unsere Kunden - im Laufe der Produktlebensdauer - in Bezug auf Wartung, Modernisierung und Services.
- MITGESTALTENIhre maßgeschneiderten Angebote führen zuverlässig zu Beauftragungen, fallweise bearbeiten Sie auch öffentliche Ausschreibungen. Somit sind Sie ein aktiver Teil der Mobilitätslösung der Zukunft.
- PLANUNGSie tragen durch Marktanalysen und Know-How aus den Märkten maßgeblich zur Jahres
- und Mittelfristplanung bei

**IHR PROFIL**
- abgeschlossene höhere technische Ausbildung mit Erfahrung im kfm. Bereich oder abgeschlossene höhere kaufmännische Ausbildung mit hoher Affinität zur Technik
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Industrieumfeld; idealerweise in der Schienenfahrzeugbranche
- verhandlungssicheres Englisch und Deutsch, zweite Fremdsprache von Vorteil
- kundenorientierte, pragmatische PERSÖNLICHKEIT mit Lösungsorientierung, VERHANDLUNGSGESCHICK, Eigeninitiative und Handschlagqualität
- ZUVERLÄSSIGKEIT
- ca. 20 % Reisebereitschaft (Kurzreisen innerhalb Europas typischerweise ohne Wochenendaufenthalte
