Derzeit suchen wir für unseren Mobility Standort in 1110 Wien einen **Business und Process Analyst (m/w/d) im Werk Wien.**

**Ihr neues Aufgabenfeld - herausfordernd und zukunftsorientiert**
- Unterstützung der operativen Einheiten des kfm. Controlling im Werk Wien in Bezug auf Optimierung/Standardisierung/Automatisierung von Prozessen in enger Koordination mit dem globalen Werkeverbund der Business Unit Rolling Stock
- Treiben von Datenanalysen mit entsprechenden Geschäfts
- und Domain Know-How
- Treiben von übergreifenden strategischen Projekten der kfm. Werksleitung
- Initiation von Prozessverbesserungen unter Zuhilfenahme von digitalen und datenbankbasierten Lösungen

**Ihre Qualifikationen - fundiert und adäquat**
- Bachelor-/Master Abschluss eines wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium o.ä..
- erste Berufserfahrung im kfm. Controlling und in der Datenanalyse
- gute Kenntnisse in betriebswirtschaftlichen Prozessen und Zusammenhängen (Werteflüsse)
- gute Kenntnisse im Controlling sowie Erfahrungen in der Aggregation, Analyse und im Reporting von kaufm. Key Figures im Rahmen interner Planungen (Budget / Forecast / Monatsabschluss)
- sicherer Umgang mit SAP (insb. SAP-Werteflüsse) und MS-Office und erste Erfahrungen mit Data-Analyse-Tools
- Analysefähigkeit, Ergebnisorientierung, Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und eine selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

**Was muss ich noch wissen?**
Wir bieten ein attraktives Vergütungspaket, das Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung entspricht. Das Bruttojahresgehalt gemäß Kollektivvertrag beträgt für diese Funktion mindestens EUR 54.898;
- Je nach Ausbildung und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich. Siemens als Großkonzern bietet darüber hinaus weitere Sozialleistungen und Benefits.
