Aufgaben

Rolle & Team:

Zwei agile bunte, internationale Teams suchen erfahrene Verstärkung, um perspektivisch ein drittes Team aufzustellen.

Senior Rolle: Tauche als Senior tief in die Technologien und Probleme ein und bringe mit deiner Expertise federführend Java (Fullstack) Projekte voran.

Lead Rolle: Du übernimmst als (angehende:r) Teamlead die fachliche Führung der neuen Crew. Du wirst ca. 1/3 der Zeit mit Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern, Personalentwicklung oder Reviews beschäftigt sein. Ca. 70% bist du mit hands-on Mindset und Code-Hunger bei der Entwicklung dabei.

Deine Aufgaben als erfahrene:r Java Developer:in (je nach Rollenschwerpunkt):

  • Highend Software auf einem Kubernetes Cluster mittels Helm Charts umsetzen.
  • Dich in der Entwicklung mit Java Spring Boot & Angular mit Fokus auf dem Backend, austoben.
  • Data Science Produkte in produktionsreife Softwarekomponenten umwandeln.
  • KI-Tools für die Softwareentwicklung evaluieren und aussuchen (z.B. Co-Pilot & ChatGPT).
  • Bei Aufbau wie Entwicklung deiner neuen Crew mitwirken.
  • Als Coach andere Teammitglieder begleiten (Code-Reviews, Prüfung von Pull Requests).
  • In engem Austausch mit Lösungsarchitekt:innen sein und praxisnahes Feedback zu Architekturentscheidungen bereitstellen.

Java ist dabei die Baseline auf der Leading Edge Technologien vom Framework über die CI/CD Pipeline bis zur Virtualisierung im Einsatz sind.

Qualifikation

Damit du gleich mit dem Team durchstarten kannst, hast du folgende fachliche Voraussetzungen dabei:

  • Du bringst fundierte Expertise und Erfahrung in der Java Backend-Entwicklung mit mindestens 3 Jahre Spring Boot - Experience mit.
  • Du beherrschst sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch. Beide Sprachen werden für die interne Kommunikation benötigt.
  • Für die Senior-Rolle: Ist dein Fullstack Mindset essentiell, daher solltest du Erfahrung mit einem gängigen JavaScript Framework haben. Du wirst insbesondere mit Angular arbeiten. Wenn Du fließend Englisch und Deutsch auf B1-B2 Niveau beherrscht ist das für diese Rolle ausreichend.
  • Für die Lead-Rolle: Fullstack-Skills sind gut aber nicht zwingend erforderlich, vielmehr braucht es ein Verständnis für die gesamte technische Landschaft und die Freude am Anleiten. Für diese Rolle musst du Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher beherrschen.
  • Nice-to-Haves: Architektur Know How; Erfahrung mit Build Servern, Jenkins, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Apache Kafka, GCP (KEIN MUSS Trotzdem bewerben ;))
