Dann nimm nun eine Schlüsselposition als (Senior) NLP Researcher/ Data Scientist (m|w|d) ein

Aufgaben
- Selbstständige Entwicklung, Prüfung und Bewertung von Algorithmen und Modellen für die Verarbeitung natürlicher Sprache (NLP)
- Vorbereitung und Unterstützung ihrer Integration in eine hybride, Cloud-basierte Analyse
- und Deep-Learning-Plattform sowie deren Wartung
- Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit medizinischen Fachleuten und Entwicklern

Qualifikation
- PhD in MINT-Fächern, Computer
- oder Datenwissenschaften oder vergleichbares
- Min. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Fließende Deutsch
- & Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1)
- Experte in Python und Machine/Deep Learning Research, vorzugsweise im Kontext von NLP und großen Sprachmodellen (Transformers, BERTs, BiLSTM+CRF,...)
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme zu analysieren und selbstständig Lösungsstrategien zu entwickeln
- Nice-to-have: Erfahrung mit federated learning, few-shot learning, active learning oder Human in the Loop Ansätzen/Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback
- Nice-to-have: Erfahrung im klinischen Data Science Bereich
