• The Operations IT Specialist position, located at the Corteva Parndorf, Austria seed filling facility, will serve as an on-site systems specialist to manage inquiries for in-house applications, systems, and processes. This will include creating/maintaining documentation for applications, utilizing ticketing system to manage support tickets and document resolutions, troubleshooting applications, resolving data integrity problems, and looking for ways to improve the overall process at the seed filling facility. This position may require occasional on-call support on evenings during the busy filling season (December to June).

Requirements:

• Min. BSc degree in computer programming/in agriculture technology/in supply chain
• 3+ years of experience with Supporting processes & Applications
• Experience querying SQL Databases
• Ability to learn quickly and prioritize work
• Ability to assist with the creation of data for testing purposes (end-to-end testing)
• Strong communication skills between the development team and the business
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Go-getter attitude
• A team collaborator
• Advanced English Language skills
• Open to occasional travel
• Ability to work in a global network of IT - Specialists

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with supply chain processes

• 4 800 EUR gross per month
