As
Senior Expert in People Development & Learning / Personnel Development (f/m/d,) you will use your expertise to shape and design the future direction of our personnel development measures, aligning them with AVL's corporate objectives.

In line with our philosophy _"Innovation starts with people"_ you will provide advice and guidance to executives and employees on all PD&L topics.


You can look forward to a diverse blend of consulting, conceptual, operational, and project management activities in which you will also serve as a catalyst for cross-cutting themes in areas such as transformation, change management, and employee retention.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

:

Contact person and consultant for executives, HR business partners, and employees on all Learning & Development topics (to identify learning and development needs and derive tailored measures from them)

Coaching

:

supporting executives and employees in their professional development
-
Conceiving, implementing, and evaluating
strategic and operational personnel development measures, as well as accompanying and supervising them (from needs assessment to assignment, implementation, and quality control)
-
Further development and organization of measures and programs for managers and team development

  • Planning, organizing, and facilitating internal and e
    xternal training sessions & workshops

  • Participation in
    national and international HR projects in the areas of skill management and people development

YOUR PROFILE

:

  • Completed degree (in business and/or social sciences, preferably with a focus on Human Resources)
  • Several years of (at least five years) professional experience with a focus on personnel development, learning, and/or training in an industrial environment (experience in international companies with matrix structures is advantageous)
  • Additional training in adult education, coaching, and/or mediation
  • Experience in organizational development and/or change management
  • Very good moderation and presentation skills
  • Proactive, engaging personality with strong communication skills, high social competence and innovation skills
  • Proficient English language skills in both written and spoken form
  • Willingness to travel (up to 15%)

Annual Remuneration

:


Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €70, The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry).

We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
