**Marketing Activation Manager*in AT/CH**:
Für unsere Business Unit Health & Medical suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine*n **Marketing Activation Manager*in AT/CH **- Vollzeit, unbefristet, am Standort Wien (hybrid). Die Position berichtet an die Marketingleitung AT/CH.

**Ihre Tätigkeiten**:

- Verantwortung für die optimale Präsentation unserer Health & Medical Marken und Solutions in den jeweiligen Kanälen und Zielgruppen entsprechend den internationalen Guidelines
- Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von integrierten Aktivitätenplänen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Brand Management und Sales Management (Medien, POS, CRM, Sampling etc.)
- Bewertung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der kanalspezifischen oder kundenindividuellen Marketingaktivitäten gemeinsam mit dem Sales Management
- Konsolidierung und Präsentation der gewonnenen Insights zu Kanal bzw. Zielgruppen sowie Ableitung von Empfehlungen, zB. hinsichtlich Kommunikation, Touchpoints (B2B, B2C, B2B2C), Portfolio
- Input zu den kanalübergreifenden Marketingplänen der einzelnen Marken
- Unterstützung bei Kundentrainings in Übereinstimmung mit den globalen Richtlinien und Nutzung von globalen und lokalen Materialien
- Abwicklung sämtlicher Projekte im Rahmen der Aktivierungspläne (zB. Produktion diverser Materialien, Trainingsunterlagen etc.)
- Bestmöglicher Einsatz des vorgegebenen Budgets zur Zielerreichung, Budgetkontrolle

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Wirtschaftsstudium (Bachelor oder Master) bzw. vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Relevante Berufserfahrung im Marketing (ca. 3-5 Jahre), bevorzugt in den Branchen Gesundheitswesen, Medizinprodukte, Pharma oder FMCG
- Analytische Herangehensweise, strategisches und konzeptionelles Denken
- Kundenorientierung, Kreativität und wirtschaftlicher Scharfsinn
- Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten mit einem hohen Maß an Eigenständigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
- Interesse an Themen, Zusammenhängen und Trends im Gesundheitswesen
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen von Vorteil
- Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift, zusätzliche Sprachen sind ein Plus (zB. Französisch)
- Reisebereitschaft ins Ausland

**Am Standort Wien kommt der Handelskollektivvertrag zur Anwendung. Die Position ist laut KV mit einem jährlichen Mindestgehalt von ca EUR brutto **(Basis 38,5 h/ Woche) **dotiert. Wir bringen die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung mit. - je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation.**
