Strategic Technology Alliance Manager

Job DescriptionAs the primary liaison for designated Strategic Technology Alliances, your role is essential for driving the success of our joint customers. You will be instrumental in creating and executing the partnership strategy, nurturing important relationships with your assigned partners. Your tasks include ensuring smooth interoperability between our software offerings, promoting continuous co-innovation, and implementing collaborative go-to-market strategies. Reporting directly to the Director of Global Strategic Technology Alliances and Ecosystems within the Office of Technology and Product (OTP), your input will have a significant impact on our shared accomplishments and innovation path.Your responsibilities at Dynatrace:
  • Develop and implement customized alliance strategies for each partner to maximize mutual benefits and achieve shared objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align alliance goals with the overall business strategy, ensuring coherence and effectiveness.
  • Take ownership of collaborative programs and initiatives, leveraging internal and external resources to provide timely and accurate updates on progress and accomplishments to stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Proactively search and seize new opportunities for collaborations, joint projects, and business growth to drive innovation and revenue.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments, from executives to product and sales teams, fostering collaboration and alignment.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities, effectively inspiring and motivating cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience in planning, developing, and managing technology partnerships with key software providers.
  • Proven expertise in product management, utilizing product knowledge to steer strategic choices.
  • Possess outstanding business acumen, capable of navigating complex business environments and partnerships.
  • Familiarity with technical concepts in Observability, Security, DevSecOps, and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adept at interacting with executives, sales, marketing, and engineering teams.

  • Due to regulations, we are required to disclose the minimum salary for this role, which is € gross per year for full-time employment. We offer higher compensation based on qualifications and experience.
