Job Description
  • Organize Subcontractors: Coordinate national and international operations with subcontractors.
  • Customer Contact: Serve as a point of contact for customers and transport service providers.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Make sure customer requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle order entry, placement, freight documentation, and other administrative duties related to transport.
  • Complaint Management: Address and resolve complaints, as well as monitor transport processes.

Requirements
  • Logistical Talent: Have a natural aptitude for logistics.
  • Experience: Previous experience in freight forwarding is a plus.
  • Linguistic Skills: Proficient in English and ideally another foreign language.
  • Communication: Enjoy engaging with potential customers over the phone.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate confidence, excellent conversational abilities, and negotiation skills.
