**HEAD OF QUALITY**

**Um das "Erlebnis Ritz-Carlton" kontinuierlich zu verbessern und neu zu definieren suchen wir Sie für folgenden Aufgabenbereich**:

- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung und Durchführung sämtlicher Quality Standards
- Analyse und Ausarbeitung der Gästezufriedenheit durch interne Systeme
- Auswählen und Führen von Quality Improvement Teams im Hotel
- Nutzung der Quality Tools in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen zur Erhöhung der Gästezufriedenheit
- Beschwerdemanagement
- Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Bearbeitung von best practices
- Durchführung von Quality Trainings und Präsentation entsprechender Inhalte in unserem monatlichen Mitarbeiter On-Boarding
- Veröffentlichung von sämtlichen Informationen des Quality Bereiches und Weiterleitung an unsere Ladies & Gentlemen

Sie verfügen über:

- Fundierte operative Berufserfahrung innerhalb der Luxus-Hotellerie
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
- Eine gültige Arbeitserlaubnis für Österreich
- Aufgeschlossene und kontaktfreudige Persönlichkeit mit Führungserfahrung und Widerstandsfähigkeit in Spitzenzeiten
- Hohe organisatorische und rhetorische Fähigkeiten
- Aufrichtiges Bemühen um das Wohlergehen unserer Gäste und deren Wünschen
- Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und sehr gute Umgangsformen mit unseren Ladies und Gentlemen
