GLOBAL HEAD OF MS E-SERVICES (F/M/):

WHAT ARE MY RESPONSIBILITIES?:


The Global Business Unit Metallurgical Services (MS EV) is looking for an experienced Manager who is passionate about expanding and developing our digital services portfolio and infrastructure of Primetals Technologies.

Demonstrate your project management and business development competence by being the overall lead of the global MS digitalization activities with the following responsibilities:

  • Expand and further develop the current service digitalization portfolio together with the team
  • Gain a deep understanding of customers digitalization needs, identify and fill product gaps and generate new solutions to create customer intimacy, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Develop new business models, product pricing and positioning strategies
  • Translate the service strategy into digitalization requirements
  • Evaluate product roadmaps, drive product launches and secure the introduction into the service business together with the management team
  • Act as a service digitalization ambassador to build awareness and understanding within Primetals Technologies
  • Align the activities of internal digitalization stakeholders
  • Represent the company by visiting customers to seek feedback on company products and services
  • Constantly observe technological developments
  • Expand network with external companies and start ups
  • Connect with other Global Business Units to further develop the connection between plant business and service business

WHAT DO I NEED TO QUALIFY FOR THIS JOB?:

  • Master/Bacherlor degree in Computer Science, Engineering and/or Marketing/e-commerce or similar
  • Technical background with understanding and/or handson experience in the combination of software development, web technologies and economy
  • Thorough project management experience ideally in large plant building projects
  • Proven record in leading organizations
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a global matrix organization

WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?: The minimum annual gross salary for this position under the collective agreement and assuming that all requirements are met is EUR 50.286,18 (F/00) or EUR 58.788,80 (G/00). This could rise considerably, depending on qualifications and experience. We also offer attractive social benefits, such as occupational health, adequate free parking, a canteen, as well as flexible working hours.
