Job Description:
- Participation/lead in pre-projects, planning, and implementation of technical or construction investment projects including preparation and creation of annual and medium-term plans
- Engineering of electrical projects
- Technical, commercial, and organizational leadership in the execution of investment projects
- Preparation of submission, planning, and project documentation (specifications) for plant and electrical technical tenders in all phases of service
- Preparation of tendering and monitoring of planning and execution services to engineering firms as well as monitoring of construction services of contractors in terms of quality and quantity with a focus on cost-effectiveness
Your Profile:
- Completed HTL Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Excellent knowledge in electrical and construction plant engineering (layout, logistics, material flow) as well as in project management
- Ideally several years of professional experience in project execution
- Proficient in common industry-specific IT programs, E-Plan, and MS-Office
- Knowledge of 2D and 3D design programs as well as SAP advantageous
- Strong social skills and ability to resolve conflicts and drive changes
- High problem-solving skills, persuasiveness, and assertiveness
- Strong team player and good communication skills in conveying technical and economic relationships
What We Offer:
Compensation and Benefits: The collectively agreed minimum salary for this position is €3,87 gross (14 times a year) and with completion of studies €4,20 gross (14 times a year). Actual payment depends on individual qualification and professional experience.
