NIGHT MANAGER (m/w/d) NIGHT PORTER

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WITH US:

• Assisting guests at the reception from 10:30 pm to 7:30 am
• Handling guest check-ins and check-outs
• Providing personalized guest services on-site
• Performing room service tasks related to food and beverages
• Managing reservations
• Conducting daily closings and preparing reports for the hotel
• Handling phone calls
• Monitoring account transactions
  
  

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Relevant experience in the hotel industry in a similar position
• Excellent German and English skills, additional languages are a plus
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Strong complaint management skills
• Guest and service orientation

Payment is based on the collective agreement for the hotel and catering industry with the willingness for significant overpayment (depending on education and work experience).
