Position: Medical Advisor Hematology (m/w/d)

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain networks and relationships with relevant experts, opinion leaders, clinics, and academic centers in Eastern Austria
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge and undergo regular training in the assigned Hemato-Oncology indications
  • Be the go-to person for medical-scientific inquiries from stakeholders, clinics, and academic centers in the designated area (minimum 30% travel required)
  • Engage in scientific exchanges, medical care, and implement activities in alignment with the Medical Strategy
  • Conduct high-quality project and study discussions with Health Care Professionals
  • Prepare study and data materials, provide scientific presentations, participate in international congresses, and initiate activities such as Advisory Boards
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the medical strategy, creation, and execution of medical activity plans
  • Train and support field and brand team members on medical issues
  • Review medical and promotional materials
  • Support clinical teams in studies and non-interventional studies

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Natural Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, or related fields
  • Experience in clinical or scientific settings, preferably in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in Hemato-Oncology or Oncology
  • Strong organizational skills, initiative, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Hands-on mentality, innovative thinking, proactive work approach, and customer/patient orientation
  • Excellent networking and communication skills
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Willingness to travel and possession of a valid driver's license
