• Technical vocational training or HTL Matura in the field of telecommunications, electrical engineering/electronics, computer science, or business informatics required.
• Completion of the corresponding master craftsman training is an advantage.
• Category B driving license is also beneficial.
• Knowledge of (internal) IT security rules is also advantageous.
• You have a logical mindset and work independently, solution-oriented, and structured.

• Independently carry out maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting in the IT/server and network technology sector, continuously adjust the plant functionality.
• Participate in the creation of specifications for new and conversion projects and support the department in ongoing projects or take the lead in parts of the projects in the IT/server and network technology sector.
• Act as a link to other departments.
• Responsible for work preparation and planning.
• Handle fault clearance tasks for the systems and trades to be supervised throughout the Wiener Linien network.
• Train and support apprentices and young professionals, assisting skilled workers in their areas of responsibility and training completion.

For this position, we offer an entry-level salary of 4,077.47 EUR gross per month on a full-time basis, depending on qualifications and experience.
