Your Responsibilities:

• Internal point of contact for all legal matters in daily business operations, particularly in Civil, Insurance, Banking Contracts, and Commercial Law
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
• Preparing legal opinions on selected topics
• Legal support for selected business interests involving local legal experts
• Conducting internal legal training sessions
• Primary resource for our hotels on legal inquiries
• Advising management and internal departments, as well as domestic and foreign subsidiaries
• Ongoing monitoring, research, and communication of specific legal developments
• Point of contact for external consultants, courts, and authorities

Your Profile:

• Completed law studies in Austria with completed judicial practice
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a corporate lawyer in a similar capacity
• Professional experience in Commercial Law, general Contract Law, and Corporate Law
• Good command of English
• Above-average proficiency in MS Office
• Highly solution-oriented
• Grounded, pragmatic, and independent work approach
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to simplify and explain complex matters clearly
