PROPERTY AND FACILITY CARETAKER

Location: AUSTRIA, 2232 Deutsch-Wagram

Your Responsibilities
  • Maintenance, care, and repairs of road networks and green areas
  • Mowing, tree & shrub pruning
  • Minor wall and painting work, as well as tile and silicone work
  • Winter service activities with small equipment
  • Relocation of office workplaces
  • Any necessary procurement trips
Your Profile
  • Completed education
  • Driver's license Class B; Driver's license Class F and forklift license advantageous
  • Tractor experience is a plus
  • Willingness for further education and training
  • Manual skills and enjoyment of physical work
  • Independent and structured way of working

Flexitime: Core hours Mon-Thu 09:00-15:00 and Fri 09:00-12:00

For this position, a collectively agreed minimum remuneration of EUR 2,548.82 gross per month is provided. Performance-based overpayment is possible based on qualifications and experience.
