For our customer location in Langkampfen in Austria, we are looking for a Laboratory Assistant for Sample Management (f/m/d) starting on January 8th, 2024.

How you will thrive and create an impact:

• Monitoring and executing daily service tasks such as:
• Receipt and independent management and distribution of analysis samples/sample management
• Control of sample input (GMP, nonGMP, stability samples) and information to sample owners
• Storage and management as specified
• Aliquoting of samples
• Issuing and receiving samples to the customer
• Dispose of samples in accordance with regulations
• Shipping of samples including preparation of the necessary documents
• Assist in creating work instructions / SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Always listen to customer concerns and actively think about how laboratory support processes can be improved
• General order and cleanliness, strict adherence to occupational safety regulations

Your skills:

• Completed vocational training as a chemistry or biology laboratory technician
• 13 years of laboratory experience in a comparable area
• Knowledge of GxP and rules of conduct in a chemical laboratory
• Good IT user knowledge with Excel and SAP is an advantage
• Fluent in English, German proficiency is an advantage
• Qualityoriented personality with an understanding of good customer service

The intended gross annual salary for this position is at least €40,000. Depending on qualifications and professional suitability, overpayment is of course possible.
