Team lead Customer Interaction Center SF B2C (f/m/x).

What awaits you?

• Steering and overall responsibility for CIC Financial Services for retail customers (B2C) in Austria.
• Responsibility for handling of the entire BMW, Mini and Alphera contract portfolio, end of term management (EoT) and final settlements.
• Responsibility for HR management for the CIC team (recruitment, performance evaluation, further development).
• Handling and monitoring of customer and dealer complaints (retail contracts).
• CIC KPI and quality target achievement.
• Support, operational rollout and monitoring of CIC related projects.
• Further development of the CIC strategy in close collaboration with the central CIC team at BMW HQ.
• Regular coordination with other BMW Financial Services markets and all other departments of BMW Financial Services.

What should you bring along?

• Several years of experience in the credit and leasing business.
• Routine and sovereignty in dealing with customers and employees.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Flexibility, commitment and team spirit.
• Confident appearance and negotiation skills.
• Business fluent German and English.

We are looking for you as soon as possible for a indefinite period and offer an attractive salary benefit package.

The minimum salary for this position is 3.400 gross per month. The actual salary depends on the respective qualification and professional experience, i.e. we determine the actual amount in a personal interview. A significant overpayment is possible with appropriate suitability.
