Aufgaben Was du bei uns bewegst:
- Du konzeptionierst und entwickelst neue zielgruppenspezifische Kundenbindungsprogramme auf Basis der von dir analysierten Daten und erzielst dadurch eine langfristige Bindung und Identifikation mit dem Unternehmen.
- Du erarbeitest auf Basis der definierten Zielgruppensegmente Omnichannel-Kampagnen.
- Du entwickelst das bestehende Kundenkarten-, Newsletter- sowie E-Mail-Marketing weiter und implementierst neue digitale Marketingmaßnahmen.
- Du hast deine Projekte im Griff und verfolgst penibel deine KPIs, um jederzeit Anpassungen vornehmen zu können.
- Du arbeitest eng mit deinen Kolleg innen im Marketing und anderer interner Abteilungen sowie externen Partnern zusammen, die dich bei der Umsetzung der kundenspezifischen Aktivitäten unterstützen.
Profil Was uns überzeugt:
- Am wichtigsten ist uns, dass du Zielgruppen identifizieren, deren Bedürfnisse erkennen und durch 360 Aktivitäten erfolgreich Kundenbeziehungen aufbauen kannst.
- Diese Erfahrung hast du bereits im CRM, Online Marketing und/oder bei der Betreuung eines Kundenclubs gesammelt.
- Ein sicherer Umgang mit Online-, Social-Media- und E-Mail-Marketing-Tools sowie Erfahrung im Kampagnenmanagement erleichtert die Erfüllung dieser Aufgaben ungemein.
- Du bringst eine strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise, ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und die Lust, neue Ideen zu entwickeln und voranzutreiben, mit.
- Deine Ausbildung hast du in Betriebswirtschaft/Marketing abgeschlossen.
