As a
Copywriter and Content Creator, you bring the words, the wit and a deep understanding of how to communicate the spirit of George across every channel.

You aren't just about big ideas and splashy headlines, you carefully consider every word and understand how it can affect the message and the bottom line.

You're not afraid to test things out, iterate and dive deep into data. You cut through complexities and translate them into human language.

What you'll bring with you

  • Fluency and naturalness in English and German are mandatory, additional knowledge in Czech, Slovak, Romanian, Croatian or Hungarian would be appreciated. Words do come easy to you.
  • 3 years work experience in a writing position, e.g. at a creative agency.
  • A decent track record of writing copy on various topics, for different audiences and across multiple media. Experience in UX copywriting is highly appreciated.
  • A native curiosity and bias for action; you love to explore and get things done.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
  • An excellent eye for grammar, editing and proofreading.
  • The ability to prioritise and manage workload. You take initiatives and stand the heat.

  • Testing and iterating creative material to determine the most performance messaging and copy variants.

  • Adapting and developing our brand voice to ensure it consistently represents George, all while keeping our users on top of mind.
  • Helping to develop and maintain copy guidelines and a companywide ton of voice.
  • Representing and presenting your work to crosscompany stakeholders, preserving George's voice throughout complex processes, but consistently seeking new and innovative executions.
  • Solving problems with words. Beautifully.
  • Making people understand.
