  • Co-pilot the business in Austria and Slovenia, providing insightful financial analysis across the entire portfolio
  • Lead Business Controlling processes in Austria and Slovenia, focusing on harmonizing processes
  • Responsible for Month Closing, Forecasting, and reporting to the Region/Global, ensuring data accuracy
  • Bring valuable financial insights and challenges, monitor risks & opportunities
  • Act as a financial business partner for Sales & Marketing teams, promoting close collaboration
  • Assist in the transformation of Finance processes, driving improvement of tools and reports
  • Completed studies in business administration with a finance specialization
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in finance & controlling
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, inclined towards challenging the norm and optimizing processes
  • High flexibility, ability to learn quickly, agility, and resilience
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), SAP; experience with Tagetik and Power BI is advantageous
  • Fluent in German and English Start in Vienna or Salzburg as soon as possible
