Job Description
  • Dynatrace Automations focuses on automating recurring tasks for DevOps audiences. Develop outstanding creation and maintenance experiences targeting specific user groups.
  • Tackle high-priority projects that are time-bound.
  • Design with adherence to UI standards, accessibility requirements, and responsive design principles using our design system. Contribute to enhancing our design system.
  • Support product managers in incorporating UX research methods and promoting a user-centric design philosophy.
  • Address technical limitations, recognize dependencies, tech and user requirements, and their impact on product user experience.
  • Engage in visualizing, prototyping, testing, and measuring design solutions including information architecture, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and user testing through surveys and interviews.
  • Advocate for customers while collaborating with product engineers, software engineers, product architects, and other design professionals to deliver value to users.
  • Create solutions that are appealing, feasible, and align with our product's language while enhancing existing designs to be more accessible and intuitive.
Qualifications
  • You should have a minimum of 6 years of experience demonstrating a track record in designing and launching digital software products and systems, not limited to websites or campaigns. Experience with Enterprise Software is a plus.
  • You excel in UX design and have a keen interest in crafting attractive interfaces. You possess a strong eye for visual and communication design and are proficient in low and high-fidelity prototyping.
  • You integrate UX design work into agile models, collaborating closely with development teams to address ideation, future vision, detailed enhancements, and emerging tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design rationales and address complex design issues.
  • Possess a passion for building, prototyping, and evolving digital products throughout their lifecycle. Engage in user testing and incorporate feedback into actionable changes.
  • Collaborate effectively, incorporating feedback from users and internal stakeholders to enhance product quality.
  • Proficient in web design, able to prototype interactions and interfaces using various tools. Prioritize accessibility in all design aspects to ensure inclusivity.
  • Experience in transforming businesses through iterative design processes and unifying multiple products is beneficial.
