Our business

Your role:

  • Shape and continuously improve performance management process, make target achievement transparent and elaborate options and provide recommendations for performance improvement / investments to enable decision making for SVP Innovation & Technology
  • Manage and continuously improve performance analysis: track KPIs, identify top performers on all levels, analyze deviations & past trends, benchmark Innovation & Technology performance with internal and external data, extrapolate past trends to future performance
  • Support Head of Department Innovation PM/ PMO to advise SVP Innovation & Technology and selected leadership team on performance issues and improvements to implement to achieve Innovation & Technology Strategy
  • Identify, propose and discuss performance improvement measures and optionality's for target achievement with key crossdivisional stakeholders and initiate actions
  • Run and provide internal and external benchmarks, consolidate them OMV wide and communicate results to the leadership team for further use e.g. for target setting, planning etc.
  • Manage and continuously improve Innovation & Technology KPI landscape with leading / lagging KPIs in alignment with Innovation & Technology Strategy (long term, short term, financial / nonfinancial)
  • Deliver frequent performance reporting, drive its digitalization and ensure timely publishing of all relevant reports and data

Your profile:

  • You have a Master Degree in Business Administration
  • You have minimum 9 years of relevant professional experience
  • Profound experience in controlling, performance management,or technical functions
  • Analytical & benchmarking skills (Power BI, Power Automate)
  • Excellent communication, analytical, conceptual skills
  • Lateral thinking, entrepreneurial thinking, flexible and proactive
  • Strong networking skills, team player
  • Strong track record of high achievement
  • Integritydriven
  • Fluency in English
